Nestled between a beautiful residential community and the heart of Strongsville’s retail center, this 98 bed facility features beautiful finishes customized to each room.
The Avenue at Lyndhurst combines both skilled nursing and assisted living in one beautiful facility. Located in Lyndhurst, Ohio, this 115,000 SF facility includes 80 private skilled nursing suites and 38 assisted living suites.

The Avenue at North Ridgeville was completed and opened in March, 2020. With the pandemic raging on, Progressive Quality Care hosted a socially distanced grand opening on September 17, 2020 that included a drive through movie theater show casing the new building and its many amenities and catering by Fiesta Jalapeños.
