WHY

Beyond the budget, it’s important to understand and plan timing, logistics, and unique site and building conditions long before we put boots on the ground. That’s why our Superintendents and field staff are included in the estimating process; their real-word experience is valuable.

3DEE’s team takes a three-dimensional approach to its preconstruction services. Every building has a purpose, and it’s important to identify the motivating factors behind every project.

WHEN

3DEE provides in-house scheduling, with updates in real time.

Our scheduling approach includes the identification of long-lead and custom items that may impact the project completion date. We also work in hand with our subcontractors and vendors to establish realistic and attainable milestones for our projects during the preconstruction phase.

HOW

Every project is unique. With a team of professionals who worked in the field themselves as masons, electricians and carpenters, we understand that every project has is own set of challenges, and we work to identify and mitigate them. Safety is the highest priority, and a streamlined construction site is the safest one.
